Welcome back friends & a very happy Sunday to you! As I write this, I’m sipping Earl Grey, munching on my weekly bake (apricot almond biscotti) & catching up on a few episodes of Shark Tank (what I like to call my lazy girl business class). The agenda for tonight includes door dashing Pad Thai à la Pranakhon & the White Lotus finale sighs & sips tea hoping that this season will FINALLY pick up speed. Alas, here’s everything that caught my eye this past week + some stop & take a pic moments from my camera roll. Happy scrolling lovas!

What stopped my scroll & warranted a screenshot…

1. Cooking Señorita- an NYC based baker/cake decorator extraordinaire who recently graced my fyp. Sometimes the algorithm really does know you best! Currently obsessing over her whimsical dome cakes

2. Caved & got the Sandy Liang Salomons ft. in a previous Concrete Recs. Saw these socks while scrolling & decided I need them to pair w/ new sneaks, duh. But I can’t find them ANYWHERE -help me? Next best & probably better option is taking a pair of my fave white crew socks over to Abbode & getting them embroidered bc cool girls customize their things

3. The one ad that didn’t drive me insane this week- Des Cieux, NYC’s newest custom perfumery salon in a charming & beautifully designed Flatiron loft?! Consider me very intrigued.

Scenes from the past week

1. magnolia trees are in full bloom w/ cherry blossoms in quick pursuit! And yes, I am that person that will stop mid block to take a pic.

2. spring means wine bar small plate spreads w/ good company. Here’s some of my faves you’ll want to walk in/ wait list for & bonus points for colorful cutlery!

   St. Jardim-go for the natty wine, large latke & trout roe at brunch, & Sabre cutlery.

   Moonflower-embrace your inner 60’s flower child self & don’t forget your Doen dress! The salad comes w/ a wedge of cheese so ya.

   Cervo’s-seafood wine bar in LES w/ a bowl of crispy fried oh so nutty shrimp heads!

   Gem home just relaunched their wine bar concept!! Have yet to go but what sounds better than breaking (really good home baked) bread by candle light?!

   Le Dive-a classique!

3. Old the Best, my newest fave for vintage designer in the WV. The Labubus hiding on the display shelves warrant a game of I Spy.

4. Solo day spent gallery hopping & bopping in Chelsea, the very special neighborhood I’ve called my home for over 5 years now. How lucky am I?! Will need to do a dedicated post on all the best Chelsea has to offer-free galleries, food, etc.
